Housekeeping
Our aim is to ensure your room is always cared for, but that we never interrupt how you’re living in it.
Daily spruce: we give each room a light reset every day. Bins are refreshed, towels are replaced as needed, and the space is gently tidied. It’s all guided by your use, not our routine.
Weekly refresh: for stays of seven nights or more, linen is refreshed weekly. For shorter stays, this happens halfway through.
What's included in rooms with kitchens or kitchenettes
Some Second Nature rooms include a kitchenette or full kitchen. Where that’s the case, here’s what you’ll find inside:
- Dining or work table
- Fridge
- Kettle
- Basic kitchenware
- Microwave and/or hob (depending on room type)
- Oven available in our Loft and Living Spaces

Borrowables: What you can borrow during your stay
To make sure there’s no clutter in your room, we store a small collection of items behind the scenes. They’re available to borrow, for free of course, as and when you need them.
Borrowables vary by location, but can include:

- Additional kitchen equipment for specific needs
- High chair
- Baby bath
- Pet bed
- Soft or hard mattress
