Second Nature Belfast offers both short and long stays.
You can stay with us for as long as you want, whether you need a short-term let for a work trip or while you study, or a longer-term place to live without having to sign a tenancy.
Different room layouts and sizes are available. Everything is fully furnished, and you can choose to have a kitchenette or a full kitchen in your room for self-catered accommodation.
Our hometel is situated in the heart of Belfast city centre, giving you easy access to the city’s great bistros, attractions and shops.
Use all of our facilities
When you want good food and drink, head downstairs to Winnie’s café, the bar in The Common, or the afternoon tea room of Rosie Lee. We host live music nights on Fridays, and have regular events going on such as community run clubs.
There’s a full gym when you need to work out, and bookable meeting and work spaces when you just need to work. Friendly staff are on hand around the clock. Not to hover, just to make sure things run exactly as you like.

Second Nature Belfast is within walking distance of the city’s main sights and sounds.
No visit to Belfast, or even Northern Ireland, is complete without seeing Belfast icons like City Hall, the Grand Opera House and the Cathedral Quarter. There’s also Titanic Belfast which is a short walk from the city centre.
