Booking Terms

These conditions govern all bookings made with Second Nature trading as Agate Properties Ltd (“Lamington”, “us”, “we”) registered in England under number 904057 whose registered office is at 109 Hammersmith Grove, London, W6 0NQ. You (“you“, “the booker“, “guests“) accept these conditions on behalf of all members of your party whether you are booking as a guest or on behalf of others. In addition by visiting or using our website you agree to comply with the Site Terms.

1) Conditions of Reservation

a) Once we have received your booking we will confirm availability and your reservation. Payment will be processed as per the booking conditions.

b) Restrictions may apply in certain locations including, but not limited to, minimum night stay and age restrictions; you will be advised of these at the time of booking where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at any time.

2) Special Requests

a) All special requests must be communicated in writing or over the phone at the time of booking or as early as is reasonably possible to help us select the most appropriate apartments. We will endeavour to meet any reasonable requests subject to availability, although we cannot guarantee we will always be able to do so.

• I agree in the event of my sustaining injury during my stay at Second Nature my property being lost or damaged, I will notify the management prior to my departure on +44 208 748 2645 or hello@staysecondnature.com and I also agree that any claims I may have arising out of such matters shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales and that the courts over this country will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such claims.
• I agree to be personally liable in the event that the account payer indicated fails to pay for any part, or the full amount of the charge, and I agree that my liability for my bill is not waived. I understand that the full price of the reserved apartment is paid or to be fully paid for on arrival with full permission from the bill payer.
• I agree that my intended use of the apartment is for peaceful, non-disruptive and legal purposes only and that any breaches of these conditions will warrant my immediate removal upon the request of management or the police. Refunds will only then be given at the discretion of Second Nature.
• Material damage or loss to Second Nature incurred by guests during their stay will be subject to charge to replacement value
• Guests are reminded to leave their apartment in reasonable cleanliness at the end of stay, otherwise guests may be subject to additional cleaning charges. Deep clean charges of £250 apply.
• Guests are reminded that it is against the law to smoke within the buildings or apartments. Deep clean charges of £250 apply.
• Guests are advised pets are not allowed in apartments unless prior notice has been given to Second Nature . Deep clean charges of £250 apply.
